★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo. Da provare il buonissimo pane con pasta madre (disponibile solo ven e sab), il cotto a legna, le pagnotte ai cereali nonché la buonissima focaccia. Nel periodo natalizio eccellente panettone.
Great. Try the delicious bread with sourdough (available only Fri and Sat), the wood fired bread, the cereal loaves as well as the delicious focaccia. Excellent panettone during the Christmas period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si distingue per la qualità degli ingredienti, il pane è di molti tipi e varietà di farine, davvero molto buono, quello fatto col lievito madre poi è eccezionale e si mantiene più giorni.
Senza parlare delle strepitose focacce e crostate oltre alla ricercata biscotteria.
