La dieta chetogenica è meglio di quanto si possa immaginare. I prodotti sono buoni, non è questo sacrificio devastante. Dico sempre che se ci sono riuscita io può farlo benissimo chiunque. Grazie a questo tipo di dieta io, che soffrivo tantissimo di fortissimi e continui mal di testa, non abuso più di antidolorifici come facevo prima. Io mi sento di consigliare a tutti un percorso di questo tipo. Non ha prezzo sentirsi bene e vedersi bene (anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte).
 I thank Dr. Masuzzo for helping and guiding me in this new and long adventure. Professional, absolutely good advice. I recommend this route to everyone. The ketogenic diet is better than one can imagine. The products are good, it is not this devastating sacrifice. I always say that if I succeeded, anyone can do it very well. Thanks to this type of diet I, who suffered a lot from very strong and continuous headaches, no longer abuse painkillers as I used to do before. I would advise everyone to follow this path. It is priceless to feel good and see yourself well (even the eye wants its part).
