A couple of years ago my partner had a problem with his flight and had to go back to the car unexpectedly.Well, the staff there was extremely supportive and even helped him booking a new flight for the next day. Definitely it made a difference and i don't think we will ever change our favourite airport car park.
L	Louis Caron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 1km away from the terminal 1. After having paid online around 40 euros for a 2 weeks long stay, I was late for my departure flight. The minibus driver was very comprehensive and picked us up immediately at the parking arrival and made a round trip to the terminal just for us. Two weeks later when I returned, I had a flat tire (that the car computer had indicated to me about 10 km before arriving to the parking but, being late, I had just ignored it), and the spare tire was deflated. The people at the parking found a compressor for me, helped me change the tire and refill with air both tires. When I offered to pay for the service, they declined and indicated it was just a regular service to help customers when in trouble... Classy!
P	Paolo Garancini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking is just next to Malpensa T1 and fares are convenient. At the moment, the only downside is that check in procedure is a bit slow due to lack of organization. I truly hope the guys improve. In the meantime, take into account 15 minutes more in your traveling schedule. EDIT: after almost a year same good prices but still no improvement on check in procedures. The customer should be your only concern when someone gets at the desk. Parking the car still takes too much time as you have to wait for an employee to escort you. -2 stars.
