Ore 16 tutto chiuso Ore 16,10 tutto chiuso Ore 16.20 tutto chiuso ( con tanto di clienti in attesa fuori dal punto vendita, alcuni dei quali rinunciano e se ne vanno ...) Finalmente alle ore 16.25 arriva con tutta calma un ragazzo che sembrerebbe essere la addetto al punto vendita. A richiesta di spiegazioni in merito al ritardo , lo stesso risponde di aver dimenticato a casa le chiavi del negozio, il tutto in modo scortese, arrogante e senza nemmeno scusarsi. Pessimo servizio,pessimo atteggiamento, e consideriamo che nei giorni scorsi si era verificata la stessa cosa, ovvero punto vendita chiuso Nnnegli orari indicati. Da evitare assolutamente! Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile e l'orario di apertura fino alle 22 è un vera comodità Small but well stocked, great for last minute shopping. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the opening hours until 10pm are a real convenience

Peccato fossi in abiti estivi (di conseguenza impossibile trafugare qualcosa) e fosse in funzione la videosorveglianza dietro le casse. Mi sono sentito a disagio. Mai più. The guard, if he doesn't like you, follows you as you enter, pretending to put things right. Too bad I was in summer clothes (therefore impossible to steal anything) and the video surveillance was in operation behind the cash desks. I felt uncomfortable. Never again.

Prima di scrivere la recensione ho aspettato la 7 visita ed oggi per la prima volta un saluto cortese. Il supermercato è ben fornito ed i prezzi decenti. Molto migliorabile. Apart from the security who always greets, I went in at least 6-7 times never received a greeting. Either all the employees are like that or I was unlucky. Before writing the review I waited for the 7th visit and today for the first time a polite greeting. The supermarket is well stocked and the prices are decent. Much improvable.

Fanno davvero del buon pane a costo leggermente inferiore rispetto ad altri supermercati della zona. Un'altro punto a favore è che rimangono aperti fino alle 22. (una cosa non comune soprattutto nella zona di Pasteur). Small supermarket; but you will surely find essential things. I recommend you try their bread (especially the focaccia)! They make really good bread at a slightly lower cost than other supermarkets in the area. Another plus point is that they stay open until 10pm (which is not common especially in the Pasteur area).

I ragazzi che lo gestiscono sono sempre disponibili e molto gentili. Si trovano ottime offerte a prezzi veramente economici. Ogni settimana ci sono torte salate o proposte per il pranzo o la cena a 3 o a 5 euro che aiutano chi lavora a trovare un' idea all' ultimo momento. É aperto fino a tarda sera. It is an excellent supermarket a stone's throw from the Pasteur metro. It's not big, but you always find everything you need. The guys who run it are always available and very kind. There are excellent offers at really cheap prices. Every week there are savory pies or proposals for lunch or dinner for 3 or 5 euros that help those who work to find an idea at the last moment. It is open until late in the evening.
