Ho chiesto di prendere metà del trancio chiedendo consiglio ad un ragazzo molto giovane. Il ragazzo mi ha consigliato che poteva rovinarsi se lo tenevo molto giorni e sapere cosa ha fatto? Me lo ha affettato in porzioni da un etto e mezzo sotto vuoto. Cioè fantastico e risolto il problema. Bravissimi tutti. Quel ragazzo è un grande. Non gli mancherà mai il lavoro. Scrivo di cuore perché neanche lo conoscevo ed è bene valorizzare le persone che hanno voglia e passione di lavorare! Saluti.
