Che qualcuno possa averle detto di "spicciarsi" è alquanto improbabile, soprattutto in considerazione delle recensioni che abbiamo e del fatto che la gentilezza è sempre al primo posto. Per quanto riguarda il taglio del ferro, si informi meglio. Poichè siamo rivenditori non possiamo nel modo più assoluto praticare tagli in base al contratto collettivo nazionale, e se le hanno dato la nostra mola, è stato appunto per gentilezza assumendoci i rischi del caso. Chiediamo per alcuni pezzi e con il mio collega ragiono un attimo sulle dimensioni, un operaio ci dice testualmente: ”spicciatevi che dobbiamo chiudere”. Chiediamo poi ti tagliarci i pezzi, essendo col furgone ed essendo 4 pezzi era un lavoro di 5 minuti, un altro operaio ci risponde che non avevano strumenti per tagliare il ferro, in un posto in cui li vendono.
