★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discreta palestra all'interno dello Stadio del Nuoto di Caserta molto contenuta, pochi attrezzi ma essenziali e ben tenuti di cui alcuni molto avanzati nella loro struttura. Locali puliti e luminosi. Direi, però, un po' cara: € 10,00 per una seduta di allenamento è veramente eccessivo.
Discreet gym inside the Swimming Stadium of Caserta very contained, few but essential and well-kept equipment, some of which are very advanced in their structure. Clean and bright rooms. I would say, however, a little expensive: € 10.00 for a training session is really excessive.

Staff molto attento, ma soprattutto molto preparato.
Grazie ad Enzo e Luigi, che propongono programmi di allenamento personalizzati e individualizzati, ho raggiunto un'ottima forma fisica, e devo tutto a loro!
Sono 3 anni che frequento la "PalExtra" e posso dire solo una cosa: UNA GARANZIA ?️??
The tools are brand new and available to train each different muscle group. The gym is bright but above all very clean.
Very attentive staff, but above all very prepared.
Thanks to Enzo and Luigi, who offer personalized and individualized training programs, I have achieved excellent physical shape, and I owe everything to them!
