★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra, grande dotazione di attrezzi e grande varietà di attività organizzate.
Fin dal primo giorno sono stato seguito da un trainer che mi ha creato un programma personalizzato e spiegato nel dettaglio tutti gli esercizi da fare. Ogni mese il programma mi viene aggiornato per le mie esigenze.
Molto gradito il thermarium dotato di sauna e bagno turco che utilizzo dopo ogni allenamento.
Nel complesso posso ritenermi soddisfatto sia della disponibilità del personale che della pulizia.
La consiglio a chi vuole iscriversi ad una palestra
 Excellent gym, great equipment and a wide variety of organized activities.
From day one I was followed by a trainer who created a personalized program for me and explained in detail all the exercises to do. Every month the program is updated to my needs.
The thermarium with sauna and turkish bath which I use after each workout is very welcome.
Overall I can be satisfied with both the availability of staff and the cleanliness.
I recommend it to those who want to join a gym

I just signed up. The girl who welcomed me, Francesca, was very kind and precise in explaining the activities of the gym. The facilities are in very good condition and the bathroom and changing room are also very clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra dinamica e pulita, personale giovane e preparato in luogo accogliente e con corsi diversificati. L'area termale non esiste più, mentre la saletta dell'area spinning è quasi operativa.
Dynamic and clean gym, young and trained staff in a welcoming place and with diversified courses. The spa area no longer exists, while the small room in the spinning area is almost operational.
