Disponibilità del personale, preparazione e professionalità degli istruttori, ambiente sereno, dove allenarsi diventa un piacere e non solamente un dovere. Cura del cliente a 360 gradi, motivo per il quale sono cliente da anni. "Quality is satisfying the customer's needs and exceeding his own expectations by continuing to improve". The Super Gym stands out for its QUALITY! Availability of staff, preparation and professionalism of the instructors, peaceful environment, where training becomes a pleasure and not just a duty. 360 degree customer care, which is why I have been a customer for years.

Quasi tutti i macchinari sono in doppia copia, cosa utilissima che ho apprezzato da subito. A chi ha messo una stella, non sono gli attrezzi nuovi immacolati o 500mtq a fare di una palestra, una buona palestra. I had a great time right away, trained staff and instructors, always very kind and helpful. Almost all the machines are in double copy, which is very useful which I immediately appreciated. To those who have put a star, it is not the immaculate new equipment or 500 square meters that make a gym a good gym.

Personale disponibile, attento, preparato, simpatico e con programmi dedicati e soprattutto studiati per la singola persona. Ampi spazi e un grande numero di macchine e aree per allenarsi! Bravi! ah... e ho già raggiunto ottimi risultati in un "solo" mese di frequentazione! Forza! Al lavoro!! A very pleasant discovery! Close to home and historic gym in the center of Parma. Tutto il personale è molto preparato e disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze di ognuno. Ascolto e comprensione sono alla base del rapporto che si è creato con Carlotta e con il mio personal trainer Alfredo. Mi spronano sempre a dare il massimo. In tutta la palestra si respira un clima familiare, tutti ti salutano e conoscono il tuo nome. Non potrei essere più felice di aver scelto loro ?? I have been attending this gym for a month and after having shot several I can say that this is the best! All the staff are very prepared and available to meet everyone's needs. Listening and understanding are the basis of the relationship that has been created with Carlotta and with my personal trainer Alfredo. They always push me to do my best.
