Abbiamo rispettosamente ed educatamente fatto presente agli istruttori che non si riusciva ad effettuare l'allenamento per il forte odore e anche aprendo le finestre la cosa permaneva. Questo condiviso con altre persone che frequentano palestre da anni, al punto di pensare di recedere dall'abbonamento. Alla persona è stato fatto presente educatamente più volte, e mi rendo conto che questa non è una situazione piacevole per nessuno; ma per una convivenza tra le persone a volte è importante affrontare situazioni di questo tipo. Scrivo anche questo perché posso solo parlare bene di questa palestra per la cortesia, professionalità e l'educazione che ho trovato. Mi auguro che la cosa possa risolversi al meglio per tutti. We respectfully and politely pointed out to the instructors that it was not possible to carry out the training due to the strong smell and even when opening the windows the thing remained. This shared with other people who have been attending gyms for years, to the point of thinking of withdrawing from the subscription. The person has been politely mentioned several times, and I realize that this is not a pleasant situation for anyone; but for a coexistence between people it is sometimes important to deal with such situations. Sono entrata in punta di piedi,svogliata dalle mille robe provate dopo aver fatto attività agonistica per un sacco di anni! Dirvi che ho trovato il posto giusto è poco! È troppo se vi dico che ho trovato casa?! Professionalità qualità motivazione risate sono alcune delle cose che potete trovare qua dentro. Durante il lockdown non mi hanno tenuto mai ferma, ho avuto allenamenti personalizzati con video e conference per controllare i progressi. Alessandro di una professionalità e di una umanità che ho trovato da poche altre parti anche se è matto come un cavallo! Date retta a me un salto da queste parti fatelo perché ne vale la pena! L’unica opzione che offriva era un abbonamento annuale per recuperare le 8 settimane perse a causa del lockdown, considerando che al momento dalla sottoscrizione del mio abbonamento a settembre 2019, vi erano diverse opzioni disponibili: mensile, trimestrale, semestrale e annuale. Quindi perché ora sarei obbligata ad un annuale? Sono stata anche io trattata male, Alessandro se ne andato durante la discussione senza volersi confrontare visto che in fondo sono, anzi ero, una sua cliente! Di sicuro non ci tornerò e non la consiglierò! Hello everyone, I also fully agree with what Sara expressed. Mi sono recata presso la Palestra per accordami come gestire le settimane perse durante il lock down e l’unica soluzione proposta è stata che l’eventuale voucher era condizionato alla sottoscrizione di un abbonamento annuale. Nel momento che ho manifestato la non volontà di sottoscrivere un annuale, considerando la spese ed il momento in cui ci troviamo, sono stata trattata male da Alessandro tra l’altro senza mascherina in luogo chiuso e poi se ne andato dopo 5 minuti senza cercare un accordo. Penso che un confronto civile fosse piu’ che auspicabile. Non ho mai scritto delle recensioni prima di questa ma il modo in cui sono stata trattata mi spinge a mettere a conoscenza altri utenti di cosa potrebbe succedere se sottoscrivono un abbonamento in questa palestra Sono ancora sgomenta ma rimango fiduciosa che grazie ai mezzi social ed alle recensioni continuerà a lavorare chi se lo merita ed ha cura dei propri clienti. Alessandro è una persona di carattere, un bravissimo allenatore ma soprattuto un grande atleta . Se volete migliorare la vostra performance dovete per forza passare dalla sua palestra. Alessandro è una persona preparata, che sa trasmetterti la sua passione in quello che è il suo ambiente di lavoro. Mi sono fatto seguire passo passo da lui (visto che non avevo avuto nessuna esperienza in palestra con pesi ed esercizi) portandomi sempre al massimo del mio sforzo di lavoro; ovviamente i benefici li ho potuti vedere realmente e sono rimasto soddisfatto.
