★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando ho iniziato a frequentare Muoviti la palestra che ti fa stare bene, avevo un obiettivo, perdere peso. Dopo un anno e mezzo ho capito che un obiettivo come quello non era sufficiente e a maggio 2019 ho iniziato un percorso di personal training con un istruttore eccezionale e molto paziente: Giombattista Bucchieri. Gio mi ha insegnato che bisogna volersi bene in ogni momento, da quando ci svegliamo a quando andiamo a letto e cibo e stile di vita sono la base. Oggi si ricomincia a fare sul serio, la ripresa post ferie è stata difficile ma finalmente sono nuovamente motivato.
Grazie a tutto lo staff, gentile, competente e sempre di buon umore!
 When I started attending Move the gym that makes you feel good, I had a goal, lose weight. After a year and a half I realized that a goal like that was not enough and in May 2019 I started a personal training course with an exceptional and very patient instructor: Giombattista Bucchieri. Gio taught me that we must love each other at all times, from when we wake up to when we go to bed and food and lifestyle are the basis. Today we start to get serious again, post-holiday recovery has been difficult but finally I am motivated again.
Thanks to all the staff, kind, competent and always in a good mood!

Very nice gym with large spaces treated to perfection. Qualified and really very kind and helpful staff. Many courses available for every age group and type of interest. Recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice gym with many modern machines and large indoor areas for training, but not recommended if you are mainly into weight lifting: you won't find power racks to squat with barbells or dedicated platforms to work on your deadlift, nor people using chalk in general.
