Istruttore preparatissimo, e molto disponibile nel dare spiegazioni sui dubbi che possono venire. Mi ha fatto addirittura i video per farmi capire come sbagliavo quando sbagliavo. Tanti attrezzi per allenarsi in tutti i modi: pesi liberi (manubri, bilancieri dritti, bilancieri kambered, bilancieri hammer, sacchi bulgari), macchine isotoniche, corpo libero. Non è un caso che vengono ad allenarsi atleti di tutti i tipi (body-builder, powerlifter, calciatori, rugbisti).
