★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Вполне удобный, демократичный зал. Оборудование не нового поколения, но рабочее. Естественная вентиляция (окна). Персонал и старожилы зала приветливые, всегда готовы помочь. Я нашла все необходимое, чтобы подкачаться. Из минусов - зал был закрыт в выходные, а некоторое оборудование морально устарело и травмоопасно.
 It is a comfortable, democratic room. The equipment is not a new generation, but working. Natural ventilation (windows). The staff and the old-timers are friendly, always ready to help. I found everything I needed to pump up. Of the minuses - the hall was closed on the weekend, and some equipment is outdated and traumatic.

Beautiful and modern gym, instructors always present and ready to correct you during the exercises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleines gut ausgestattetes Studio, nette Mitarbeiter und angenehmes Publikum. Wenn man Hilfe braucht, kann man sich jeder Zeit an die beiden Trainer wenden. Rundum zufrieden in den 4 Wochen in denen ich hier war.
Small, well-equipped studio, nice staff and a pleasant audience. If you need help, you can always turn to the two trainers. Completely satisfied in the 4 weeks that I was here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While staying in Cefalu' for 3 months I joined Fit Times and used the gym (palestra) every day except Sunday. Bruno and Marie are really nice people and are always willing to help with any questions. While the equipment isn't the latest, it all works just fine. Free weights, machines, cycles, and treadmills.They offer pilates, zumba, spin, anti gravity yoga, fit bar and some senior exercise classes, all included in the monthly membership. I will definitely join again when I go back to Cefalu' Sicily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fitness center with lots of bars and great quality weights (rogue,..) . Not that many machines but enough to get your work done. Deadlift platform, power racks, all there.
Realy friendly staff, even recommended a great place to eat. :)
And what I couldnt say in person, the inner creep lets out now: one of the female employees has to be one of the most beautiful girls ive seen in Sicily.
