★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire? Non so come si valuti una palestra... è la prima volta in vita mia che vado in palestra. Ho 34 anni e sono una cicciottella, orgogliosamente, aggiungerei. Prima di arrivare alla Point Breack pensavo che sarei resistita una settimana in quell'impero di muscoli e c***i sodi, e, invece, eccomi qui... sono passati 4 mesi, io lavoro 8 ore al giorno e la sera alle 20.30, non vedo l'ora di andare in Palestra.
Quindi, ripeto, io non posso dare alcun giudizio di pertinenza per chi va a fare le gare... di quello dovete informarvi con qualcuno più tosto, più figo, più forte di me. Io posso dirvi che il mio corpo ha una forma diversa rispetto a 4 mesi fa, che mi sento bene e che sta sera, ci vediamo lì!
What to say? I don't know how a gym is evaluated ... this is the first time in my life that I go to the gym. I am 34 years old and I am a chubby girl, proudly, I would add. Before arriving at the Point Breack I thought I would last a week in that empire of muscles and firm, and, instead, here I am ... it's been 4 months, I work 8 hours a day and in the evening at 20.30 , I can't wait to go to the gym.
So, I repeat, I can not give any judgment of relevance for those who go to competitions ... you have to find out about that with someone tougher, cooler, stronger than me. I can tell you that my body has a different shape than 4 months ago, that I feel good and that tonight, see you there!
