★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potrebbe essere una bella palestra ma occorre ristrutturarla perché ora ha una illuminazione inadeguata, il riscaldamento è insufficiente e i muri anno visto troppi anni senza neppure una mano di vernice. .
It could be a nice gym but we need to renovate it because it now has inadequate lighting, heating is insufficient and the year walls have seen too many years without even a coat of paint. .
