Excellent gym in the center, also ideal for the many who work in the area and want to do a work-out during their lunch break. Numerous halls and activities inside, which is rather neat, tidy and always clean; possibility also to have lunch with various dishes expressed more or less dietary according to preferences.

Excellent gym, has a receptionist service that makes your life easy, a well-stocked equipment room, the possibility of training with a personal trainer who follows you constantly or with the assistance of the medical center. More than 30 different courses including yoga, Zumba, postural and much more. Personally I recommend doing an Open: it allows you to train whenever you want, as much as you want every day following any possible course. Giant discount for college students.

This was my first experience in the gym, some trainers are very helpful while others do the bare minimum. For the price paid I expected more seriousness, the fact that they did not reimburse all the months of closure (due to covid) I was very disappointed. Consider other gyms before signing up for a membership in this one.
