Consigliatissime le sessioni di allenamento con Cristian, un personal trainer altamente competente e professionale, sempre attento alle esigenze di ognuno e (non meno importante) un grande motivatore! Qualificato anche nella preparazione per le prove fisiche dei concorsi nelle Forze Armate. Nei tempi stabiliti abbiamo raggiunto e superato gli obiettivi prefissati.
Without a doubt, the Body Fit gym is the best in the area: a clean environment, excellent equipment and qualified, constantly updated staff. Highly recommended training sessions with Cristian, a highly competent and professional personal trainer, always attentive to everyone's needs and (not least) a great motivator! Also qualified in the preparation for physical tests of competitions in the Armed Forces. In the established times we have achieved and exceeded the set objectives.
