★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è carina e potrebbe funzionare molto meglio, ma al solito è lasciata all'incuria generale, rovi che accerchiano il palazzetto impianto di condizionamento esistente ma non funzionante e già diverse crepe nei muri.
The structure is nice and could work much better, but as usual it is left to general neglect, brambles surrounding the building, the existing air conditioning system but not working and already several cracks in the walls.
