Ho subito una perdita di 2.800€ a causa di un'incomprensibile "svista" dell'operatore che non è stato in grado di riportare correttamente il valore del mezzo nel contratto.
Come se questo non fosse sufficiente, al momento del furto ho posto due semplici domande e in entrambi i casi le loro risposte non solo sono state insoddisfacenti, sono state per giunta errate.
Il servizio offerto è di livello infimo.
Just one word: INCOMPETENCE.
I suffered a loss of € 2,800 due to an incomprehensible "oversight" of the operator who was unable to correctly report the value of the vehicle in the contract.
As if that wasn't enough, at the time of the theft I asked two simple questions and in both cases their answers were not only unsatisfactory, they were also incorrect.
The service offered is of a very low standard.
