Exceptional place to visit if in the area. The building houses the library and is home to numerous exhibitions. Spectacular panoramic point.

Sede di esposizioni temporanee al primo piano.
Al secondo invece l’esposizione è legata al territorio... è un pochino semplice e scontata; manca emozionalità.
Palace with undoubted charm inserted in a very beautiful scenographic context.
Venue for temporary exhibitions on the first floor.
On the other hand, the exhibition is linked to the territory ... it is a little simple and obvious; missing emotion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo palazzo su di una spianata verde che ne esalta, fin di lontano, la prospettiva.
Non abbiamo purtroppo potuto visitarne l'interno per il nostro orario di passaggio, abbiamo però ammirato l'esterno di ammirevole simmetria e l'ingresso nella corte interna.
Un luogo che esprime allo stesso tempo potenza, magnificenza e cultura di chi lo ha creato.
Vale una visita.
Beautiful building on a green esplanade that enhances the perspective from a distance.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to visit the interior for our time of passage, but we have admired the exterior of admirable symmetry and the entrance into the inner courtyard.
A place that expresses at the same time power, magnificence and culture of those who created it.
Worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il palazzo non è un gran che ma all'interno ci sono 2 mostre belle ed interessanti: 1 di arredamento ed oggetti dell'agricoltura antichi; l'altra di manifesti strani belli ed anche vecchi addirittura del 1905.
The palace is not that great but inside there are 2 beautiful and interesting exhibits: 1 of antique furniture and agricultural objects; the other of strange beautiful and even old posters from 1905.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo palazzo storico, è stato per lungo tempo la residenza estiva dei Medici.
Al piano terra si trovano la biblioteca comunale e gli uffici della Fondazione Terre Medicee a cui ci si può rivolgere per qualsiasi quesito sugli eventi in programma al palazzo, al primo piano sono allestite mostre temporanee e al secondo si trova il Museo del Lavoro e delle Tradizioni Popolari della Versilia.
Anche alle Scuderie Granducali sono spesso allestite mostre.
In estate sono organizzati molti eventi che si svolgono o nella corte interna o nel bellissimo giardino antistante il palazzo.
Beautiful historic building, it was for a long time the summer residence of the Medici.
On the ground floor there are the municipal library and the offices of the Terre Medicee Foundation which can be contacted for any questions about the events scheduled at the building, on the first floor there are temporary exhibitions and on the second there is the Museum of Work and Traditions Popular of Versilia.
Exhibitions are also often set up at the Grand Ducal Stables.
In summer, many events are organized that take place either in the internal courtyard or in the beautiful garden in front of the building.
