В целом приятное место, атмосферное, высокие потолки, красивая мебель, хорошая сантехника. The very center of the city, if the windows overlook the square, then at night you need to close the windows, because it is very noisy and the clock on the tower strikes every half hour. Bel posto pulito ed accogliente dal prezzo molto conveniente, i proprietari si sono dimostrati disponibili e molto educati in tutte le fasi , molto consigliato per la mia esperienza. My experience with the place was more than positive. Nice clean and welcoming place at a very affordable price, the owners proved to be available and very polite at all stages, highly recommended for my experience.
S	Stefania Nicolini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palazzo Graziano è un edificio del XIV secolo, ben ristrutturato ed arredato, situato nella piazza principale del paesino di Terrasini. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole: la camera, con il bagno privato, era molto carina e spaziosa. Il servizio è stato buono, comprensivo di una colazione consumata sulla terrazza. Il b&b dista veramente poco dalla spiaggetta della Praiola, (circa 7 minuti a piedi) e nei dintorni c'è tutto, dai supermercati alle salumerie, dai bar alle panetterie. Non posso, però, esimermi dal menzionare alcune note negative: Il proprietario, che al momento della prenotazione ci aveva garantito il trasporto dall'aeroporto all'alloggio, il giorno prima del nostro arrivo ci comunica, di punto in bianco, che avremmo dovuto chiamare un taxi (30€ a tratta); alcune delle camere (tra cui la nostra), affacciandosi sulla piazzetta principale, sono invase dai rumori e dagli schiamazzi notturni. Infatti per dormire abbiamo dovuto chiudere le imposte dei balconi, ed utilizzare l'aria condizionata, della quale avrei fatto volentieri a meno; infine, in bagno c'era una perdita. Palazzo Graziano is a well restored and furnished 14th century building located in the main square of the small town of Terrasini. The stay was pleasant: the room, with private bathroom, was very nice and spacious. The service was good, including a breakfast taken on the terrace. The b & b is very little from the Praiola beach (about 7 minutes on foot) and in the surroundings there is everything, from supermarkets to delicatessens, from bars to bakeries. I cannot, however, refrain from mentioning some negative notes: The owner, who at the time of booking had guaranteed us transport from the airport to the accommodation, the day before our arrival informs us, out of the blue, that we should have called a taxi (€ 30 each way); some of the rooms (including ours), overlooking the main square, are invaded by noises and noises at night. In fact, to sleep we had to close the shutters of the balconies, and use the air conditioning, which I would have gladly done without; finally, in the bathroom there was a leak.

Consigliatissimo. Hospitality and sympathy of Doctor Graziano are the trump card of this structure, together with a fantastic location on the square of Terrasini. Highly recommended.

Vriendelijk en behulpzame jongeman achter de balie. En dagelijks een opgeruimde kamer en schone handdoeken en dergelijke. Helemaal top! Roof terrace with fantastic views over the city. A neat room with air conditioning. Dark and quiet at night for a good night's sleep. Friendly and helpful young man behind the counter. And a tidy room every day and clean towels and such. Absolutely great!
