★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei tanti palazzi con architettura romanica costruito dall'Istituto Autonomo Case Popolare durante il ventennio fascista..Dall'alto presenta una forma a M(Mussolini) . Costruito nel 1928 venne assegnato a cittadini che vivevono in tuguri malsani, successivamente divenne sede di funzionari del fascio. Il corpo è alto 4 piani, il piano terra ha un portico con 7 archi. Il terrazzo è adornato di 7 statue classicheggianti romane.
One of the many buildings with Romanesque architecture built by the Autonomous Institute of Popular Homes during the Fascist period. From the top it has an M shape (Mussolini). Built in 1928, it was assigned to citizens who lived in unhealthy hovels, later it became the seat of Fascist officials. The body is 4 floors high, the ground floor has a porch with 7 arches. The terrace is adorned with 7 Roman classical statues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un palazzo molto bello, ricco di statue, motivi artistici sui prospetti e porticati, oltre ad avere dei volumi variabili e non lineari. Da dare una visione artistica e piacevole. Situato nel centro di Foggia è stato realizzato in epoca anni 30 come edilizia popolare. Solo questo da idea di come prima si progettavano e realizzavano opere che oltre a restare nel tempo lasciavano un' impronta artistica al centro urbano.

Ha un ampio portico sormontato da 6 statue ciascuna con una sua caratteristica particolare. Ospita delle attività di ristoro. Ambiente nel complesso decoroso e pulito.
