★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarebbe una struttura molto bella se non fosse stata abbandonata; un vero e proprio castelletto appartenuto ad una famiglia nobiliare che, evidentemente, ha ritenuto di farla decadere definitivamente.
It would be a very nice structure if it hadn't been abandoned; a real small castle that belonged to a noble family which, evidently, decided to make it permanently decay.

Totalmente lasciato al degrado e all'abbandono, quindi preda di vandalismo e di ogni scorreria in generale.
Strutture rese pericolose e pericolanti anche dopo l'incendio di cui permangono ben visibili le tracce.
Gemello (stesso architetto) del palazzo sede del comune di Catanzaro.
Si legge di iniziative e progetti di recupero, ma attualmente tutto è fermo.
Terra di ricchezza storico-culturale lasciata nel limbo.
