L	LUCIANO SPARTANO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 09 Gennaio 2022 inizia la nuova schedina Totocalcio ma a dire il vero ne ho già abbastanza.C'è un episodio che è entrato nella storia e risale ad Aprile 1983 e la sede del C.O.N.I. all'epoca era situata in Corso Porta Vigentina,52-Milano. Io e l'amico Roberto avevamo giocato insieme una schedina e per la prima volta nella vita abbiamo fatto 13 ma la vincita era molto bassa,solamente 320.000 lire circa. Lui lavorava e allora mi sono recato personalmente da solo,a Milano per riscuotere la cifra.L'impiegata che purtroppo non so il nome e cognome ha ritirato la schedina,è sparita per un pò e quando è ritornata mi comunica che a loro risulta solamente un 12 e mi consegna un Assegno Circolare da 24.000 lire. Al momento mi sono trovato in difficoltà,c'era coda e confusione e non sono riuscito a far valere le mie ragioni e sono ritornato a casa.Dopo,non avendo neanche fatto una fotocopia della schedina vincente,la pratica era chiusa.A chi potevo rivolgermi?Credo che qualche dipendente con la coscienza sporca, a suo tempo avrebbe dovuto spiegare alla Procura di Milano il loro "metodo" nei pagamenti alle persone fortunate.Ad oggi,devo ancora sistemare i conti con l'amico Roberto e anzichè una "vincita",per me sarà una "perdita" ma mi sto togliendo qualche soddisfazione. Nella mia comicità,c'è una frase CONI=CONIGLI e quando contatterò un pittore per far richiesta di un quadro come lo desidero io,gli ordinerò di dipingerlo con colori vivaci (Blu,Giallo,Bianco,...) con una sola scritta: CONI=CONIGLI.
