★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da dimenticare oggi 4 febbraio 2018 ore 9,30 temperatura esterna intorno 2/3 gradi, gara ginnastica artistica, riscaldamento non funzionante, bambine in gara con solo body a piedi nudi, per circa un ora. Domani la metà starà male ( speriamo di no). Organizzatori e allenatori con felpa e scarpe e hanno freddo. Da denuncia .
Experience to forget today 4 February 2018 at 9.30 am outside temperature around 2/3 degrees, artistic gymnastics competition, heating not working, girls competing with only barefoot leotards, for about an hour. Tomorrow half will be sick (hopefully not). Organizers and coaches with sweatshirt and shoes and they are cold. To report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Purtroppo il minimo è una stella. Dimostrazione finale di ginnastica ritmica, spettatori che collassano per il caldo. Aria all'interno degli spalti assente. Grazie per non averci permesso di godere appieno delle nostre piccole ginnaste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo palazzetto sportivo (bello come tutta Frascati) un personale gentile (il signore Pino),dei bagni puliti e spaziosi e ben forniti,ed infine un bar con ampissima scelta e degli ottimi tramezzini (provateli).
Siamo andati,più volte,io ed il mio socio,con la nostra radio-web-TV,a fare delle riprese e abbiamo sempre trovato dell'ottimo cibo,dei bagni decenti,nonostante la folla,una pulizia impeccabile e degli spazi più che adeguati per lavorare e/o godersi un qualsiasi spettacolo. Personalmente è uno dei più belli palazzetti dello sport del Lazio (conta anche la gentilezza del personale).
Beautiful sports hall (as beautiful as all Frascati) a kind staff (the gentleman Pino), clean and spacious and well-equipped bathrooms, and finally a bar with a wide choice and excellent sandwiches (try them).
We went, several times, my partner and I, with our radio-web-TV, to shoot and we always found excellent food, decent bathrooms, despite the crowd, impeccable cleanliness and spaces more than suitable for working and / or enjoying any show. Personally it is one of the most beautiful sports halls in Lazio (the kindness of the staff also counts).
