★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra personale simpatico bravo e competente. Buona la sala pesi con le macchine e anche la sala fitness. La zona relax con sauna e bagno turco si gode soprattutto in inverno. Quando vai ti senti rigenerato.
Excellent gym, nice and competent staff. Good weight room with machines and even the fitness room. The relaxation area with sauna and Turkish bath can be enjoyed especially in winter. When you go you feel regenerated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, 7.50 per una partita di calcetto sono illegali contando che non hanno un pallone decente, il sintetico è rado e se cadi ti apri ovunque, protezioni in spugna sulle pareti del campo non messe quindi c'è sempre il pericolo di sbattere contro i muri ed infine lo spogliatoio puzza tantissimo(un profumino per ambienti costa €1.50). C'è molto di meglio a Parma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purtroppo unica struttura di parma, fra l'altro fuori mano, con campo squash. diversamente perderebbe ancora più clienti di quanti non ne abbia persi negli ultimi anni. nuova gestione poco cordiale. e prezzi altissimi per i servizi offerti (calcetto) e partita singola di squash, se non hai abbonamento 10 euro per 45 min. ladri!
unfortunately the only structure in Parma, among other things out of the way, with squash court. otherwise it would lose even more customers than it has lost in recent years. unfriendly new management. and very high prices for the services offered (soccer) and single game of squash, if you do not have a 10 euro subscription for 45 min. thieves!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è stato riaperto dopo la chiusura per Covid, probabile riapertura a settembre. È sempre aperto il Centro Estetico gestito presso lo stesso con ingresso indipendente.
It was not reopened after closing for Covid, likely to reopen in September. The Beauty Center managed at the same with independent entrance is always open.
