★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tralasciando lo scempio edilizio nell'edificare una così brutto edificio nel centro storico di Venezia, il palazzetto in sé è funzionale con impianti di buona qualità e gradinate su due lati. Necessita di manutenzione sia esterna che interna e dell'adeguamento degli impianti.
Leaving aside the havoc in building such an ugly building in the historic center of Venice, the building itself is functional with good quality systems and steps on two sides. Requires both external and internal maintenance and adaptation of the systems.
