The place is poorly maintained, lots of graffiti on the walls and interiors too. The tight seats, you couldn't even sit down!

Malgrado tutto resta l'unico palazzetto dello sport di Salerno di un certo livello, secondo me anche meglio della palestra Senatore e di piazza d'Armi. Dotato di 2 tribune e campo in parquet, viene utilizzato da diverse squadre cittadine e in occasione di eventi. 1 stella al comune di Salerno, per la cattiva manutenzione della struttura e la completa mancanza di segnaletica che costringe chiunque deve raggiungere il Palasilvestri, a chiedere informazioni ai passanti del quartiere, data la sua collocazione al interno del quartiere stesso. In occasione di eventi di maggior richiamo si sente la mancanza di un parcheggio.
Three stars at the building located in the heart of the Matierno district. Despite everything, it remains the only sports hall in Salerno of a certain level, in my opinion even better than the Senatore gym and Piazza d'Armi. Equipped with 2 grandstands and a parquet floor, it is used by various city teams and for events. 1 star to the municipality of Salerno, for the poor maintenance of the structure and the complete lack of signs that forces anyone to reach the Palasilvestri, to ask the passers-by of the neighborhood for information, given its location within the neighborhood itself. On the occasion of major events, there is a lack of parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizzato per somministrazione del vaccino AstraZenica. Lunga l'attesa in piedi all'aperto senza una protezione dal vento e dalla eventuale pioggia. Sarebbe stato opportuno un ulteriore ordine di ingresso mediante un semplice numerino da ritirare appena giunti.
Used for administration of the AstraZenica vaccine. Long wait standing outdoors without protection from the wind and rain. A further entry order would have been appropriate using a simple number to be collected as soon as they arrived.
