double prices for individuals .... 40 euros for a water purifier, stuff 15 ... 20 euros, same brand other shops ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 40.000€ spesi in materiali idraulici, due pompe di ottima marca acquistate dai suddetti signori si sono rotte entrambe,dopo soli 2 anni e mezzo.
Per la riparazione ci è stato chiesto da Palagini una cifra 3 volte più alta di quella richiesta da un qualsiasi riparatore di pompe idrauliche e attenzione attenzione..25€ di corriereee!!! Da evitare assolutamente, sconsigliatissimo
After € 40,000 spent on hydraulic materials, two excellent brand pumps purchased by the aforementioned gentlemen both broke down, after only 2 and a half years.
For the repair we have been asked by Palagini a figure 3 times higher than that required by any repairer of hydraulic pumps and attention attention. € 25 of courier !!! To be avoided absolutely, not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è stata orribile,mi sono recato presso il Palagini una sera alle 19 circa per vedere dei pavimenti e mi hanno detto che erano in chiusura (chiudevano alle 19.30)questo ci può stare.sono ritornato la sera dopo alle 18.10 e dopo avermi fatto aspettare per circa 40 minuti mi hanno detto che non si era liberato nessun venditore.Ho replicato che se me lo avessero detto la sera prima avrei preso un un'appuntamento.Li ho trovati di una scortesia enorme e penso che il servizio al cliente di questo negozio sia pessimo.mai più da Palagini ci ho messo una croce sopra.
My experience was horrible, I went to the Palagini one evening at about 7pm to see some floors and they told me they were closing (they closed at 7.30pm) this can be there. I went back the next evening at 6.10pm and after having made them wait for about 40 minutes they told me that no salesman had released. I replied that if they had told me the night before I would have made an appointment. I found them enormous rudeness and I think the customer service of this shop is bad. never again at Palagini I put a cross on it.

Il giorno che si sfonderà ancora in garanzia (e vi assicuro che succederà) si inventeranno di tutto per non sostituirlo in garanzia.
Veramente deluso.
Be careful to buy Bandini electric water heaters from this dealer !!!
The day it breaks under warranty again (and I assure you it will) they will invent everything not to replace it under warranty.
Really disappointed.
