β β β β β Assistenza post vendita tra inesistente e pessima. Ho acquistato anni fa le loro zanzariere per gli infissi della zona letto di casa. I fermi - inadeguati - si sono rotti dopo un anno, prima uno poi un altro poi... e da allora - almeno tre anni - non riesco a venirne a capo. Latitanti installatore e fabbrica. Non ho pretese vorrei solo le parti di ricambio da montare e pagarle. Ma per il produttore sono un privato, per l'installatore sono una stupidaggine... devo attendere la grazia del re e continuare ad essere lasciato li. Intanto per non dormire in compagnia delle zanzare mi arrangio con dei fermi accroccati. Grazie facevo meglio da solo e spendevo meno. Se qualcun altro ha avuto il problema scriva ... lo ringrazio. Io invece se non intervengono fatti nuovi sto per ricomprarle. Le stesse ? No, proprio no grazie. GiΓ dato. Non mi abbindolate piΓΉ. Consiglio : se potete migliorate il customer care...

β β β β β In base alla mia esperienza, assistenza post vendite clienti da rivedere. Nonostante varie richieste sia telefoniche che per mail, impossibile conoscere il punto assistenza piΓΉ vicino. SostituirΓ² il prodotto con altro di concorrenza.

Ho richiesto al rivenditore la catena di scorrimento e mi Γ¨ stato risposto che se ne parla tra 1 mese per averla consegnata ....(risposta inaccettabile), cosΓ¬ ho chiamato direttamente l'azienda in Toscana per metterli a conoscenza e per avere il contatto di un altro rivenditore. L'ufficio marketing mi ha detto che la zanzariera va smontata e tarata dal rivenditore in laboratorio....altra risposta non accettabile!! In sintesi non vendono il pezzo di ricambio e costringono il cliente finale ad una spesa maggiore. Io volevo solo pagare il pezzo di ricambio......

(unacceptable answer), so I called the company directly in Tuscany to let them know and to have contact. from another retailer. The marketing department told me that the mosquito net must be disassembled and calibrated by the dealer in the laboratory .... another unacceptable answer !! In short, they do not sell the spare part and force the end customer to pay more. I just wanted to pay for the spare part ......

β β β β β will never buy anything Palagina again. the pliss net breaks on normal usage after 4 years. the repair just to replace the net is 200β¬ and if you need the service for your pliss net, you will never get it from this company. 6 weeks without net in the summer... i should have bought anything new from Amazon or Leeroy
