G	Gian Luca Vuolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pakla: una garanzia. L'intero staff, dal coach e titolare della struttura, Paolo Germano, ad Anna e Veronica è sinonimo di professionalità. La palestra (interamente ristrutturata e con attrezzatura all'avanguardia tecnogym), è un ambiente moderno e ben strutturato. Parcheggi auto molto molto grandi. Oltretutto, chi vive quotidianamente il mondo Pakla, sa benissimo che, oltre a rilassarsi durante gli allenamenti o corsi (davvero tanti), vivrà un ambiente pienamente familiare. Sotto il profilo tecnico, sei seguito in modo magistrale (dal titolare in primis) con schede individuali che prevedono allenamenti e nutrizione (opzionale) fatti apposta su misura per te. Questo fattore è molto importante perché consente di ottenere grandi risultati se si ha davvero voglia di seguire i consigli del coach, e parlo ovviamente per esperienza personale. From a technical point of view, you are followed in a masterly way (by the owner in the first place) with individual cards that provide training and nutrition (optional) tailor-made for you. Recentemente c'è stato un cambio di sede accompagnato da un importante upgrade dell'attrezzatura, sia in termini di qualità che di quantità (non manca veramente niente). Dulcis in fundo, la palestra è aperta 24h/24h, 7 giorni su 7, offrendo delle tariffe mensili molto convenienti. I have been going to this gym for years and have always enjoyed it.
