Nel corso degli anni ho avuto la fortuna di cucinare le materie prime fornite e ,spesso consigliate da Davide , ottenendo sempre risultati eccellenti. Mi sembra che si possa anche chiamare il giorno prima per prenotare la carne e evitare l'attesa.
Always quite busy for obvious reasons. Super courtesy and excellent meat.
It seems to me that you can also call the day before to reserve the meat and avoid the wait.

Grande cortesia nel servizio e ci scappa anche un "cartoccino" per il cagnolino che aspetta fuori.
Dato il servizio attento ed accurato bisogna alle volte armarsi di un po' di pazienza nell'attesa del proprio turno.
One of the best butchers in Modena, with products of the highest quality and availability of even unusual cuts (eg bovine diaphragm ...).
Great courtesy in the service and there is also a "cartoccino" for the little dog waiting outside.
