★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati due volte per l'acquisto di una rete. Devo dire con grande rammarico di aver trovato un servizio al cliente a dir poco PESSIMO. Avevamo bisogno 2 due tratti di 15 metri, ma i rotoli erano da 25 metri. Non c'è stato modo di averli perché voleva vendere assolutamente i rotoli interi ovviamente aumentando la nostra spesa del 40% in più di prodotto che non avremmo usato. Abbiamo chiesto almeno di venderci un rotolo intero e un pezzo da 5 metri, accontentandoci di una giuntura, .Anche lì zero assoluto. Se questo è il vostro servizio al cliente in questo momento così complicato, beh BUONA FORTUNA, noi di certo non ci torniamo più!!!!
We have been twice to purchase a network. I have to say with great regret that I found customer service to say the least BAD. We needed 2 two 15 meter stretches, but the rolls were 25 meters long. There was no way to have them because he absolutely wanted to sell the whole rolls obviously increasing our spending by 40% more on product that we would not have used. We asked at least to sell us a whole roll and a 5-meter piece, contenting ourselves with a joint, even there absolute zero. If this is your customer service at this complicated time, well GOOD LUCK, we certainly won't be back !!!!
