Purtroppo ho fatto l’acquisto di un prodotto (banco frigo latticini) al mio rientro a casa , mi accorgo che lo stesso portava una scadenza 28/04/2021. Al chè nello stesso medesimo giorno , con tanto di scontrino alla mano , chiedo gentilmente il cambio e di fare più attenzione ai loro lotti di fornitura. Nonostante le prove inconfutabili dell’acquisto preso lo stesso punto vendita e ribadisco con scontrino alla mano e il prodotto integro ancora sigillato, mi viene contestato il dubbio di parola, di buona fede. Ma la cosa ancor più grave; che il responsabile dichiara espressamente, di ricordarsi di me che avevo acquistato il prodotto ma al contempo sostiene che era impossibile che io avessi acquistato il prodotto scaduto nel loro punto vendita. Purtroppo mi dispiace dirlo , ma per ottenere il cambio del prodotto di cui avevo diritto, mi son ritrovato a dire che avrei chiamato i carabinieri. Una cosa davvero imbarazzante, non avrei mai pensato che potesse succedermi una cosa del genere . Non spenderò più un solo centesimo e non entrerò più in questo punto vendita di Via Giosuè Carducci.
