S	Simona Capuozzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho ordinato il servizio di piatti sandy da 33 pezzi per fare un regalo. nulla da dire sulla qualitá dei prodotti, ma non faró mai piu un ordine su internet tramite il loro sito, nonostante le buone recensioni che avevo letto. il pacco è arrivato a casa perfettamente imballato e pieno di polistirolo per evitare la rottura durante il trasporto, e tutto il servizio di piatti puliti e integro, eccetto uno ed è proprio questo unico piatto che mi fa pensare che hanno voluto dare una fregatura in quanto era l unico tra tutti ad essere sporco di deposito e un po scheggiato sull angolo, ma non è finita qui. chiedo immediatamente la restituzione (giorno 19) in quanto essendo un regalo mi serviva entro venerdì 22 e mi assicurano che il piatto sarebbe arrivato. ma la cosa è stata presa sotto gamba in quanto hanno avviato una nuova spedizione indicando l indirizzo di casa mia INCOMPLETO e numero di telefono sbagliato! cosí oltre alla figuraccia che ho fatto con chi doveva ricevere il regalo, sono stata circa 4 giorni a telefono per capire perche il piatto non arrivava! oggi, dopo una settimana ho finalmente ricevuto il piatto! (fortuna che ero a casa altrimenti non so come sarebbe andata a finire). Pessima esperienza, non mi rivolgerò mai piu a loro. I ordered the 33-piece sandy dishes service to give a gift. nothing to say about the quality of the products, but I will never make an order on the internet through their site, despite the good reviews I had read. the parcel arrived at home perfectly packed and full of polystyrene to avoid breakage during transport, and all the service dishes clean and whole, except one and it is just this one dish that makes me think that they wanted to give a rip off as he was the only one to be filthy and a little chipped on the corner, but it did not end here. I immediately ask for the return (day 19) as being a gift I needed by Friday 22 and assure me that the dish would arrive. but the thing was taken insane as they started a new shipment indicating the address of my house INCOMPLETO and wrong phone number! so in addition to the fool I did with those who had to receive the gift, I was about 4 days on the phone to understand why the dish did not arrive! today, after a week I finally received the dish! (luckily I was at home otherwise I do not know how it would end). Very bad experience, I will never speak to them again.
