Non penso che Volkswagen sarebbe contenta di sapere come trattano e supportano clienti i loro concessionari ufficiali...
Visto la concorrenza del giorno d'oggi anche il servizio fa la differenza...
When it comes to taking money they are almost always kind and helpful when I kindly asked for a hand to arrange a change of documents I was told to come back.
I don't think Volkswagen would be happy to know how their official dealers treat and support customers ...
