Alla richiesta di chiarimenti inerenti alla prognosi appena data, il Dr. Padua risponde... > (mentre stava compilando un documento al computer).
Quindi non è rimasto che andarsene senza delle accurate delucidazioni, visto che al primo avviso di lamentela siamo stati gentilmente accompagnati fuori dallo studio.
Concludo dicendo che la bravura non sempre compensa gentilezza e cortesia.

When asked for clarification regarding the prognosis just given, Dr. Padua replies ... > (while he was filling out a document on the computer).
So all that remained was to leave without careful clarification, since at the first notice of complaint we were kindly escorted out of the studio.
I conclude by saying that skill does not always compensate for kindness and courtesy.
