Arrivati lì davanti troviamo tutto chiuso, chiamiamo per avere informazioni nessuno risponde tranne una ragazza che dice che non è del Padel ma del tennis.. ci da altri due numeri telefonici… nessun risponde. Venti minuti passati al ghiaccio di domenica prima di andare via. Complimenti ? sopratutto per la gestione clienti. Tra l’altro non ci siamo nemmeno arrabbiati e la ragazza ci ha risposto tutta stizzita. Capisco che non sia il suo reparto… ma capisci anche che si sono 4 persone davanti a un cancello che non sanno se andare via o meno… e che hanno anche pagato. Aggiornamento alla risposta: Ci mancherebbe, certo che può esserci un problema ma a noi nessuno a detto "scusate ragazzi c'è un imprevisto il campo non apre", ci sono stati dati 2 numeri "chiamate loro".
Booked and paid for the camp with the playtomic booking section. Arrived there in front we find everything closed, we call for information no one answers except a girl who says that she is not from Padel but from tennis .. she gives us two other telephone numbers ... no one answers. Twenty minutes spent on the ice on Sunday before leaving. Congratulations ? especially for customer management. Among other things, we weren't even angry and the girl replied all cross. I understand that it is not his department ... but you also understand that there are 4 people in front of a gate who do not know whether to leave or not ... and who have also paid. Update to the answer: God forbid, of course there may be a problem but no one to us said "sorry guys there is an unexpected event the field does not open", we were given 2 numbers "call them".
