È stata una bella sorpresa questo locale bio adatto sia per gli smart worker che per un aperitivo diverso. Inoltre il personale è qualificato e gentile! I was born and raised in Trapani, but now living in Rome I only go back for the holidays. This organic place was a nice surprise, suitable both for smart workers and for a different aperitif. In addition, the staff is qualified and kind!

L	Ludvík Píza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy and friendly space, modern in the context of Trapani gastro scene (all meals were vegetarian and nicely served). The service - bearded gentleman - was really well informed and polite. He recommended us some great local red wines and described the menu in detail. He was also one of a few who could communicate in English in the whole area. Surprisingly, eventhough the Paccamora is a biobar, they serve conventional drinks, such as Aperol Spritz, Hugo Spritz (was a bit too sweat to handle) and so on. But we enjoyed them anyway.
D	Danny .Valentin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the street which only makes it's atmosphere even more relaxed and wonderful. 100% my style. The owner is an absolute National treasure and is overflowing with kindness. The food was some of the best I've had in Sicily so far. Not necessarily 'traditional' but it was packed with flavor. The spinach quiche was my favorite, but all of it was delicious. Their espresso comes out of a lever machine, it has a detail in flavor and character that is not often found in espresso, even in Italy. Their offerings are curated, meaning everything they have is very good. You literally can't go wrong here.
