Sconsiglio LA SIGNORA GIULIA ASSOLUTAMENTE MALEDUCATA, INDISPONENTE ED ARROGANTE ma chi si crede di essere? mai più voglio parlare con lei. NON SI È NEANCHE SCUSATA. C'È CRISI, CI SONO PERSONE MIGLIORI CHE VORREBBERO LAVORARE. Addirittura la scorsa volta mi invito a me e mio marito a mettere assolutamente la mascherina...è lei e i colleghi non ce l'avevano.. ma prendete in giro i clienti così? Ho acquistato una Porsche Cayenne una settimana fa, avevo fissato telefonicamente con la Signora GIULIA un appuntamento con un esperto che mi spiegasse il funzionamento dell'id porsche e il sistema annesso... mi hanno sbologato un certo NICCOLÒ che tutto sapeva forche' come funzionassero i sistemi Porsche... Dopo aver perso mezz'ora ed essere stata al quanto irritata dal Signor Niccolò poiché chiedeva a me cosa mi servisse, vado dentro e riferisco alla SIGNORA GIULIA che questo servizio non mi piace e la poca serietà nel dirmi telefonicamente che avrei parlato con LORENZO (vero esperto dei sistemi Porsche)... la signora GIULIA risponde "vabbene andiamo avanti" io alibita dico " ma in che senso" e lei continua sbuffando e con una maniera supponente e provocatoria mi ribadisce che " Lorenzo è impegnato con altri clienti" come se io fossi un cliente di serie B. Non contenta mi faceva le smorfie, deridendomi guardando il suo collega stempiato!!! Solo dopo aver detto che avrei parlato con il direttore mi ha offerto il caffè e ha cercato di dare la colpa a Niccolò, finalmente sono stata aiutata da LORENZO come da appuntamento fissato con Giulia!!!(gentilissimo ed esperto)!!!Niccolò non sarà esperto e questo ok, ma non la Signora Giulia non sa stare con il pubblico, tratta male i clienti, nonostante siano clienti storici. Formate il vostro personale e fare una selezione attenta, lì non veniamo a comprare noccioline e l'educazione e la competenza è al primo posto.

1 star from Switzerland. Never again, for tourists from countries like Switzerland and Germany, I strongly recommend to visit an official Porsche garage in their domicile - do not use Auto In Group in Florence.

I'm a previous Porsche owner and went into the dealership with an interest in a pre-owned 911 GT3 on the floor. I waited for some time to see if anyone would notice I was there. Nobody did. I went up to the reception counter and asked if I could speak to a salesman who could tell me about the GT3. He said he would go and find someone. I waited another five minutes or so and NO ONE came...so I left. What a shame for Porsche Firenze to have such disinterest and poor service.

During my holidays I visited the center because of a defect in the rear spoiler tail light. The center said they can replace the cable within 3 hours. After completion the tail light worked for about 4 days. Afterwards the same problem again, unfortunately I had already left Italy. Also my car was not washed after the (expensive) service, I am not used to this. Unfortunately nobody reacted to my request by email and phone anymore - I am not satisfied. (I have already sent an email to the address of the other comments - nobody reacts anymore...) I cannot recommend the In Auto Group in Firenze.

Staff were very helpful especially Sophia, english speaking and super friendly. I am also giving Porsche Firenze 5 stars for service. Everything you should expect from a high-end motor dealership.??
