I tuderti la chiamano anche porta Fratta: dal latino fracta che significa rotta, spaccata, perché in antico era in tale condizione.
 It is the gate located south east of the third circle of city walls, built in 1244. It is also called Porta Amerina, because from there begins the road that leads to Amelia. I also call it Fratta Todi door from Latin fracta which means broken, cracked, because in ancient times was in that condition.
