★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo, dopo l'esperienza vissuta in questo luogo ieri sera ,devo concordare con i giudizi precedenti. Servizio pessimo e scortesia. Seguirà segnalazione alla Asl competente.
Rispondo al proprietario da qui, non mi è possibile in altro modo.
1) Digitando in Google " Guardia medica Olgiate Comasco " rimanda a voi . Quindi lecita la recensione fatta.
2) Mi sorprende che già si siano verificati casi analoghi e nulla sia stato fatto per distinguere l' associazione fatta prevalentemente da volontari ed il servizio di guardia medica.
3) La mia valutazione riguarda solo ed unicamente il disservizio ricevuto dalla guardia medica, se di medici si tratta, sono stata ricevuta da due persone in borghese senza alcun tesserino di riconoscimento.
4) Nulla da eccepire sull' operato dei volontari, la parola stessa gli rende onore.
5) L ' esposizione dei fatti sarà, come già anticipato, presentata all' ufficio reclami della Asl di competenza.

I reply to the owner from here, it is not possible for me in any other way.
1) By typing in Google "Guardia medica Olgiate Comasco" refers to you. So the review made is legitimate.
2) I am surprised that similar cases have already occurred and nothing has been done to distinguish the association made mainly by volunteers and the medical service.
3) My evaluation concerns only and solely the disservice received by the medical guard, if it is doctors, I was received by two people in plain clothes without any identification card.
4) Nothing to complain about the work of the volunteers, the word itself honors him.
5) The exposition of the facts will be, as already anticipated, presented to the complaints office of the competent Local Health Authority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Circa 15 giorni fa, di domenica, sono venuta in guardia medica. Il dottore era fuori per un servizio e abbiamo atteso che tornasse; c'ero io più altre due persone. Dopo mezz'ora di attesa (e va benissimo ci mancherebbe, altri avevano più bisogno di noi) il medico entra, non saluta e non guarda in faccia nessuno, entra in ambulatorio e ci rimane 10 min senza chiamare nessuno, poi esce di nuovo non guarda nessuno e rientra in ambulatorio, di nuovo attesa.... busso per sapere qualcosa( se ero lì forse stavo male) e mi risponde sgarbatamente di aspettare....Ho dovuto scegliere il S. Anna. Forse la burocrazia ha sostituito la sana educazione? Era troppo sforzo salutare e chiedere sommariamente perchè fossimo lì? Non è la prima volta che ho avuto a che fare con la maleducazione e l'incompetenza alla sos e questa volta ho voluto scrivervi. Ciò nonostante apprezzo quanti invece ,all'interno dello stesso gruppo , svolgono il loro compito con umiltà e spirito di servizio.
About 15 days ago, on a Sunday, I came to the medical service. The doctor was out for a service and we waited for him to return; I was there plus two other people. After half an hour of waiting (and it would be fine we would miss him, others had more need of us) the doctor enters, he does not say goodbye and he does not look anyone in the face, he enters the clinic and there remains 10 min without calling anyone, then he goes out again not he looks at nobody and goes back to the clinic, waiting again .... I miss to know something (if I was there maybe I was sick) and he replies rudely to wait .... I had to choose the S. Anna. Did bureaucracy replace healthy education? Was it too much of a healthy effort to ask briefly why we were there? It is not the first time that I have had to deal with rudeness and incompetence to the SOS and this time I wanted to write to you. Nevertheless, I appreciate those who, within the same group, carry out their task with humility and a spirit of service.
