Silenzioso,competente sa ascoltare ed esaudire le richieste anche le più improbabili. Bravo!!!!! Pako does not follow the classic figure of the talkative hairdresser at all costs. Paco riesce dove altri non riescono o peggiorano la situazione: togliermi il rame stinto dai capelli colorati... la professionalità vera! You always go back to where you were good !!! A serious staff, few words and only facts ... Paco succeeds where others fail or make the situation worse: remove the faded copper from colored hair ... true professionalism!
M	Maria Guida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cortese e disponibile ma.. la frangia non l'ha saputa fare (legando i capelli si nota che non è definita da una linea precisa nella parte alta), il colore è due toni più scuro di quello concordato. Se avessi pagato meno non avrei recensito in maniera negativa e avrei sorvolato, ma per 60 euro c'è chi fornisce un servizio a dir poco superiore. Staff courteous and helpful but .. the bangs did not know how to do it (tying the hair you notice that it is not defined by a precise line at the top), the color is two tones darker than the one agreed. If I had paid less I would not have reviewed in a negative way and I would have overlooked, but for 60 euros there are those who provide a service that is nothing short of superior.

Pako è sempre attento alle mie richieste e sa ponderarle con consigli giusti . Non osa se nn glielo chiedi espressamente e ti modera se crede che la richiesta non sarebbe adatta ai miei lineamenti o ancor meglio alla mia qualità di capello. Mai invadenti al lavaggio su trattamenti specifici, ma professionali e disponibili nel proporti l ausilio giusto da usare a casa. Io mi trovo bene da anni. E sono una che ne ha cambiati tanti anche i più" blasonati" nel napoletano . Ovvio che ci si deve conoscere, nn tt i capelli sn uguali e ci vuole rodaggio cm in tutte le "relazioni", ma devo dire che ho sempre dato fiducia a Pako e gli resto fedele da ormai 7 anni . S.V. The lounge reflects the staff, simple, efficient and welcoming. The staff is always courteous and never intrusive or noisy, ditto the clientele. Pako is always attentive to my requests and knows how to weigh them with the right advice. He doesn't dare if you don't ask him specifically and he moderates you if he believes that the request would not suit my features or even better my quality of hair. Never intrusive to washing on specific treatments, but professional and available in offering you the right aid to use at home. I've enjoyed it for years. And I am one who has changed many even the most "noble" in the Neapolitan area. Obviously you have to know each other, nn tt the hair is the same and it takes cm break-in in all "relationships", but I must say that I have always trusted Pako and have remained faithful to him for the past 7 years.
