Tanti corsi ma il mio preferito è quello di Kick boxing veramente molto professionale, adatto ad adolescenti e adulti, uomini e donne sia a livello amatoriale che a livello professionistico. Ottimo l'allenamento atletico anche per chi non vuole fare sport da contatto ma vuole semplicemente prepararsi fisicamente. Consiglio a tutti di provarlo.
Really well-kept gym. Really efficient training and cardio room. Very professional instructors. Many courses but my favorite is really very professional Kick boxing, suitable for teenagers and adults, men and women both at an amateur and professional level. Athletic training is also excellent for those who do not want to play contact sports but simply want to prepare themselves physically. I recommend everyone to try it.
