★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sé dovessi dare un giudizio sui capi e accessori sicuramente sono ottimi possiedo una carta fedeltà e spendo tutte le settimane,ma stamattina una delle commesse è stata veramente indelicata accusandomi di aver aperto un pacco di bavagli che ahimè mi era capitato proprio mentre guardavo alcune taglie x un regalo, ovviamente dopo quasto episodio non metterò mai più piede oltre al fatto che la signora mi ha messo in imbarazzo standomi indietro tutto il tempo del mio acquisto .Io nn metterò più piede lì dentro bisogna essere sicuri prima di condannare.. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una cliente abituale, mi trovo molto bene con i loro capi, soprattutto nel reparto bambini, un negozio sempre abbastanza rifornito, quando non hanno una taglia cercano contattando un altro punto vendita di fartela avere l'indomani. Personale molto disponibile e cortese sempre, a parte la direttrice, una persona non adatta assolutamente a stare a contatto con il pubblico, una persona sgradevole con mancanza di tatto ed educazione. Peccato perché onestamente quando c'è lei evito di entrare e rimando I miei acquisti a un altro giorno.
I am a regular customer, I feel very comfortable with their clothes, especially in the children's department, a store that is always quite well-stocked, when they don't have a size they try contacting another store to have it for you the next day. Staff very helpful and courteous always, apart from the manageress, a person who is absolutely unsuitable for being in contact with the public, an unpleasant person with a lack of tact and education. Too bad because honestly when she is there I avoid entering and I postpone my purchases to another day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio ben fornito ma poca cura nei camerini soprattutto dagli uomini, dopo avere chiesto se era agibile per cambiarsi sono entrato ed era pieno tra scaffali e ferri.. Si sono giustificati che avevano appena aperto anche se era oltre le 10:00. Poi credo che se uno si fa male non sia una buona giustificazione, prima si prepara poi si apre.
Well stocked shop but little care in the dressing rooms especially by men, after having asked if it was accessible to change I entered and it was full of shelves and irons .. They justified that they had just opened even though it was after 10:00. Then I think that if one gets hurt it is not a good justification, first it prepares then it opens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che sono cliente ormai da anni, negozio abbastanza fornito per quanto riguarda il reparto bambini. Commesse gentili, a parte una penso sia la capo negozio. Sgradevolissima! evito sempre di chiedere a lei. Oggi addirittura mio marito ha pagato due magliette è uscito ed è suonato l allarme, ovviamente lui è tornato indietro, la signora capa non è che ha detto mi scusi abbiamo dimenticato l antitaccheggio attaccato, come era infatti! gli ha detto ma lei ha pagato??!!! Non ci volevo credere! Infatti si sa i ladri se l allarme suona tornano indietro con la refurtiva?.. che elemento la signora!!!
I state that I have been a customer for years now, a fairly well-stocked shop as regards the children's department. Kind shop assistants, apart from one I think she is the shop manager. Unpleasant! I always avoid asking her. Today even my husband paid for two T-shirts, he went out and the alarm sounded, of course he came back, Mrs. Head is not saying sorry we forgot the anti-theft attack, as it was in fact! he said but she paid ?? !!! I didn't want to believe it! In fact, you know the thieves if the alarm sounds they go back with the stolen goods? .. what an element the lady !!!
