Usciti dal negozio perplessi. Unkind shop assistants, absent smiles and little customer care, with disinterest in the requests made by my girlfriend (nothing absurd: she wanted to know the presence of sizes on certain models, or alternative solutions to the choice). Left the shop perplexed.

Se continuano a trattare con sufficenza i clienti ... altro negozio destinato a durare poco. Good value for money for ovs products. La ragazza è stata cordiale e disponibile soprattutto nella ricerca maniacale su ciò che volevo, ci vuole pazienza soprattutto dopo aver saltato il pranzo e fare tutto di corsa per rientrare a lavoro puntuale. Sono venuta a cambiare dei regali di Natale (totale spesa 108 euro), ho provato un pigiama e dopo è entrata mia sorella che doveva provare delle cose. Appena mia sorella è entrata nel camerino mi è stato detto di velocizzare le cose e di riferirlo anche a lei (dopo un solo pigiama provato!) non entrerò mai più in questo negozio a fare acquisti. Essendo dei regali di Natale non avevamo potuto provarli prima, dopo aver speso 108 euro credo che chiedere di provare i capi prima di dover tornare di nuovo sia un mio diritto. Dalla ragazza di 14 anni che doveva velocizzare! Rude, grumpy and unwilling orders to meet customer needs. As soon as my sister walked into the dressing room I was told to speed things up and to report it to her too (after only one pajama tried!) I will never go into this shop again to shop. Being Christmas gifts we had not been able to try them before, after spending 108 euros I think that asking to try on the garments before having to return again is my right. From the 14 year old girl who was supposed to speed up!

La ragazza mi ha rimproverata perché, secondo lei, stavo aprendo i mascara: peccato che fossero tutti già aperti e ne stavo cercando uno, con difficoltà, che fosse chiuso per acquistarlo. Sono stata solo sgridata ad altra voce, sostenendo che “se ce ne fossero aperti noi clienti siamo tenuti a farlo sapere perché sono fallati”: ehm, se mi avesse ascoltato si sarebbe accorta che è proprio quello che le ho detto - erano tutti aperti! Quindi se devi prendertela con la gente a caso… cambia lavoro. In questo modo perdete solo clienti I see I'm not the only one who noticed how the saleswoman (long hair and blond if I remember correctly) was utterly rude. The girl scolded me because, according to her, I was opening the mascaras: too bad they were all already open and I was looking for one, with difficulty, that was closed to buy it. Non venivo da molto tempo e noto la differenza sull'accoglienza che è migliorata tantissimo. La ragazza è stata molto cordiale e molto professionale, no n ricordo il nome ma molto simpatica ritornerò sicuramente. A special thanks to the clerk on duty followed me for a costume purchase. I haven't been here for a long time and I notice the difference in the welcome that has improved a lot. The girl was very friendly and very professional, I don't remember the name but very nice I will definitely return.
