★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato tutti i regali di Natale e non solo e con le commesse mi sono trovata benissimo. Molto gentili e cortesi. Oggi 28 dicembre 2019 mi reco a fare gli ultimi 2 regali.Uno di loro già acquistato il 20 e quindi ripetuto lo stesso il 20 l'ho pagato meno e oggi di più spiego che la volta scorsa l' ho pagato meno e mi vengono fatte storie e vabbè pago a prezzo di oggi (è solo €1,01 in piu ) non importa poi chiedo un sacchetto per ogni regalo (a due persone diverse) e mi viene negato il secondo sacchetto nonostante io lo volessi pagare. La commessa mi rispose che ne davano uno per spesa. Ma erano regali mah... In cassa ho trovato una commessa e un signore temo un responsabile che non ho mai visto prima molto sgorbutico. La commessa intimorita da questo individuo. Chiedeva tutto a lui come comportarsi mai successa una cosa del genere in nessun negozio. .
 I bought all the Christmas gifts and more and with the orders I had a great time. Very kind and courteous. Today 28 December 2019 I go to make the last 2 gifts.One of them already purchased on the 20th and then repeated the same on the 20th I paid less and today I explain more that last time I paid less and they are made to me stories and oh well I pay today's price (it's only € 1.01 more) it doesn't matter then I ask for a bag for each gift (to two different people) and I am denied the second bag even though I wanted to pay for it. The shop assistant replied that they were giving one for shopping. But they were gifts, mah ... In the cash desk I found a saleswoman and a gentleman I fear a manager whom I have never seen before, very rude. The order intimidated by this individual. He asked him everything how to behave such a thing never happened in any shop. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche se è piccolo, mi è piaciuto. Ben organizzato, ho trovato molti capi di abbigliamento interessanti.
Da fuori non diresti di trovare molto, ma c'è anche il reparto per bambini, essendo zia lo trovato perfetto per i miei acquisti.
Le commesse educate e gentile, si metto a completa disposizione del cliente.
Even though it's small, I liked it. Well organized, I found a lot of interesting clothing items.
From the outside you wouldn't say you find much, but there is also the children's department, being aunt I found it perfect for my purchases.
The polite and kind orders, I put themselves at the complete disposal of the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro da molto tempo a OVS, purtroppo con le attuali restrizioni covid non è possibile provare i vestiti (cosa comunque non troppo comune in altri negozio di abbigliamento) per cui ultimamente non me la sono sentita di acquistare vestiti, avendo una taglia importante. Prezzi abbastanza convenienti e personale apprezzabile.
I have been shopping at OVS for a long time, unfortunately with the current covid restrictions it is not possible to try on clothes (which is however not too common in other clothing stores) so lately I have not felt like buying clothes, having a large size. Fairly affordable prices and appreciable staff.
