Ho avuto un problema con la cassiera, la quale per difesa personale ha iniziato a fare dei ragionamenti privi di logica e fondamento. Nella fattispecie voleva farmi credere che non poteva darmi lo scontrino di cortesia perché la macchina non lo rilasciava più, quando in realtà era lei ad avere commesso un errore.
È stato necessario l intervento di personale più competente per risolvere la situazione e riavere alla fine un rimborso totale.
Atteggiamento tipico di colei che deve vendere a tutti i costi senza considerare i diritti dei consumatori.
Renderò noto questo episodio alla federconsumatori e scriverò alla direzione dell' OVS per informarli di come avvengono le vendite in questo negozio.

In fine credo che la commessa in oggetto la quale non ha fornito il suo nome è stata un po' maleducata. Non aprono le casse e fanno attendere i clienti

Chiesi un'informazione su una camicia, la commessa iniziò a spiegarmi che quella camicia da uomo non facesse per me, come se io non me ne fossi accorta, ma la camicia era un regalo, la cammessa questo non lo capì.
Inoltre non aprono le casse e fanno attendere i clienti.
A mio avviso personale poco qualificato, tendono a raggirare il cliente. Peccato per loro che tra i clienti ci sono anche persone non sprovvedute.
