★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confusionario,disordinatissimo, l'esposizione degli articoli rende difficile l'orientamento del cliente e quasi impossibile essere sicuri di avere capito bene il prezzo di quello che si è scelto.
A nulla serve chiedere aiuto al personale...al massimo si possono ricevere indicazioni ERRATE sulla postazione di quello che si cerca.
Personale giovane e sgradevole tristemente. Cortesia, sorrisi ed assistenza sono sogni dentro Oviesse.
Che nonostante questo, se la passa molto bene,essendo l'unico Oviesse disponibile nel raggio di molti chilometri.
Il negozio lo terrei con qualche modifica ad esposizione e prezzi.
Il personale prima lo cambierei...dal primo all'ultimo. Poi lo dimenticherei.
Per sempre.
Sarebbe gradita e rassicurante tra gli stand,la presenza di un direttore o comunque di un responsabile.

Ormai sono diverse le volte in cui mi sono recato in questo negozio, ed ogni volta ne sono uscito scocciato.
Scocciato perché non c'è alcun assortimento di taglie (hanno praticamente solo S e M) ne tantomeno di capi (3 o 4 per modello), inoltre non c'è nessuno che sappia aiutare il cliente, ne a scegliere ne a cercare un capo, che ripeto ancora, va scovato in mezzo a montagne di vestiti ammucchiati.
Inoltre alcuni capi, come i jeans regular fit sembrano disegnati addosso ad un cavallo, mi spiego meglio: una taglia è stretta di vita ma giusta di gambe, quella appena successiva invece è ancora più larga di gambe ma comunque stretta di vita...
Anche la musica è troppo forte, tanto da esser fastidiosa e a volte rendere scomoda la conversazione.
Insomma, non mi aspettavo certo un servizio da boutique, ma almeno qualcosa di decente si. Non va bene.

La passione delle addette vendita si nota nell'ordine con cui é esposta la merce e nella cordialita con cui m hanno accolto. É vero, la taglia di un pantalone 5 tasche che mi piaceva era finita ma senza alcun problema, ho chiesto con cortesia come si poteva fare, e mi é stato ordinato da un altro ovs e in 3 giorni é arrivato e l ho acquistato. Grazie ancora. Verrò spesso a trovarvi. :)
Ovs is a shop that positively emerges in the small reality of marsciano. Commesse sono tutte molto cordiali e pronte ad aiutarle il cliente. Insomma..... consiglierei questo negozio proprio a tutti...donne uomini bambini mamme e neonmamme!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è abbastanza grande e spesso ci si trovano tante cose carine (anche se i prezzi sono abbastanza alti per la qualità che offrono) ma se ti serve assistenza il personale la maggior parte delle volte non si trova da nessuna parte e fanno formare file infinite prima che si degnino di arrivare in cassa, spesso costringendoti a posare gli oggetti presi prima di pagarli perché ti stanchi di aspettare! Inoltre la zona dei trucchi è (praticamente sempre) molto poco fornita e quel poco che c’è è quasi sempre aperto e/o rotto, e non la riforniscono quasi mai. Cercate di migliorare! ?
