★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good discounts, nice brand. I have had a issue and forgot my bag with phone and wallet in probe room and the staff found it. I have asked them if they found it, but denied. Just calling my phone make me follow the sound and found it hanged on a drawer behind their desk.
It was weird, at least. We were just 4-5 persons in the store, and I was the only one asking for this matter.
I have asked them to stop the music ambience just a small amount of time, to hear the phone ringing, but they refuse.
I know OVS for a long time and bought yesterday clothes of more than 350 Eur. Nothing but appreciations for the brand but recommend more care for customers issues.
